Blue Green Spirulina Drink (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Fresh Goodies

01 - 6-8 stalks of celery (keep leaves if you're into that)
02 - 3 green apples like Granny Smith, or any similar tart apple
03 - 2 small heads of baby romaine or 1 bigger romaine head

→ Superfood Boost

04 - 1-2 teaspoons of blue spirulina powder (the more you use, the bluer it gets)

# Instructions:

01 - Rinse everything well. For a narrow juicer, slice into chunks, or leave whole if your juicer can handle it.
02 - Run everything through the juicer, strain if you like, and gather it all into a big pitcher.
03 - Stir the spirulina with a milk frother or whisk until it’s totally blended.
04 - Pour over some ice and enjoy right away.

# Notes:

01 - Pretty much any lettuce will work if you don't have romaine.
02 - Leaving apple seeds in for this amount is fine, but feel free to take them out.
03 - Adding celery leaves gives a richer taste, but may make the drink look darker.
04 - More spirulina makes the blue color pop even more.
