Heat up some olive oil and cook the spinach along with the garlic and shallot until all the liquid has evaporated. Set aside.

In a mixing bowl or food processor, combine eggs, cream, milk, oils, flour, baking powder, basil, spinach, and two tablespoons of the seeds. Toss in the crumbled feta. Add a little salt and pepper.

Pour the mixture into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle the rest of the seeds on top. Bake for 10 minutes at 200°C, then make a cut along the length of the loaf. Continue baking at 180°C for 30 minutes.
