Spicy Taco Loaf (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 large eggs.
02 - 2 pounds of ground beef.
03 - 6 ounces of corn chips.
04 - 1 pack taco seasoning mix.
05 - 1 1/2 cups of black bean salsa.
06 - 1 tablespoon of garlic powder.
07 - A tablespoon of salt.
08 - 1 tablespoon of pepper.
09 - 2 cups of shredded Mexican cheese mix.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350° to heat up.
02 - Put your chips in a big plastic bag and crush them into small bits.
03 - In a large bowl, throw in the beef, crushed chips, and eggs, then mix them together.
04 - Pour in half a cup of salsa along with the seasoning, garlic, salt, and pepper.
05 - Using your hands, thoroughly combine the mixture until it's well blended.
06 - Add in one cup of the cheese and mix again.
07 - Lay foil into your loaf pan and give it a spray with cooking spray.
08 - Press the meat mixture evenly into the pan.
09 - Spread the rest of the salsa over the top of the meat mixture.
10 - Let it bake for about 40 minutes.
11 - Sprinkle the remaining cheese across the top.
12 - Bake for another 10 to 15 minutes, or until the temperature hits 160°.
13 - Let it sit for about 5 minutes after baking.
14 - Use the foil to lift the loaf out of the pan.
15 - Slice it up and enjoy!

# Notes:

01 - Want it hotter? Add some jalapeños.
02 - Switch up the salsa or cheese for a different twist.
03 - You can prep this ahead of time and cook it later.
