03 - Garlic salt and pepper as needed
04 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
05 - 2 pounds of salmon fillet
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 2 tablespoons mayo

→ Bang Bang Sauce

08 - 1 clove of garlic, finely minced or grated
09 - ½ cup Thai sweet chili sauce
10 - ¾ cup mayo
11 - 1 teaspoon honey
12 - 1 tablespoon Sriracha
13 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 450°F and let it warm up.
02 - Take off the salmon skin and pat it dry. Cut it into chunks about 1-1.5 inches.
03 - Combine mayo, spices, and garlic paste in a bowl. Toss the salmon pieces in the mixture and sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper.
04 - Space out the seasoned salmon on a baking tray so they’re 1-2 inches apart.
05 - Bake the salmon for 10 minutes. Then switch to broil for 2-3 minutes until golden on top.
06 - Whisk all the bang bang sauce ingredients together while the salmon’s roasting.
07 - Pour the sauce over the roasted salmon chunks right before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Cooking time can be shortened if you like less-cooked salmon.
02 - Light mayo or Greek yogurt work for a lower-calorie option.
03 - Add Cajun spices for a bolder taste.
04 - Want it spicier? Toss in more Sriracha or red chili flakes.
