10 Minute Spicy Ramen (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Noodles

01 - 1 pack of instant ramen (3 oz), toss the seasoning packet

→ Sauce & Aromatics

02 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
03 - 1 teaspoon minced garlic
04 - 1 tablespoon chopped green onion for topping
05 - ½ teaspoon brown sugar, adjust as you like
06 - 1 tablespoon sesame oil
07 - 1 tablespoon chopped white part of green onion
08 - 1 teaspoon red chili flakes

# Instructions:

01 - Boil water in a pot. Drop ramen noodles in and cook just until slightly firm; throw away the seasoning packet.
02 - Scoop out ¼ cup of the noodle water before draining the noodles.
03 - Combine the soy sauce with brown sugar in a little bowl and put it aside.
04 - Warm up sesame oil in a pan. Stir in onion and garlic, let it cook for 60 seconds, then toss in chili flakes.
05 - Pour in the sauce mix and the saved water. Toss in the noodles and stir to coat. Sprinkle on some green onion and enjoy while hot.
