Mango Ginger Mocktail (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - Ginger ale (24 oz)
02 - Two ripe mangoes (about 470g, peeled and cut into chunks)

→ Flavor Enhancers

03 - One green chili (add more for garnish if you like)
04 - One lime (around 3 tablespoons of juice)
05 - Sugar (1 tablespoon, optional)

→ Garnish & Finishing

06 - Grated fresh ginger
07 - Fresh sprigs of mint
08 - Optional: 2 teaspoons of chile lime seasoning
09 - Ice cubes as needed

# Instructions:

01 - Throw the mango chunks, lime juice, green chili, ginger ale, sugar if you're using it, and some ice cubes into a blender. Blend until it’s totally smooth.
02 - Rub the edge of a glass with a piece of lime, then press the rim into chile lime seasoning to coat.
03 - Pour the smooth mixture into the glass with the seasoned rim. Toss in extra ice if you want.
04 - Sprinkle on grated ginger, finish with fresh mint leaves, and enjoy right away.

# Notes:

01 - Spice level can be adjusted by adding or reducing green chili.
02 - If the mango isn’t sweet enough, a bit of sugar helps.
03 - Feel free to tweak ingredient amounts to suit your taste.
04 - Best enjoyed as soon as it's made.
