Throw the mango chunks, lime juice, green chili, ginger ale, sugar if you're using it, and some ice cubes into a blender. Blend until it’s totally smooth.

Rub the edge of a glass with a piece of lime, then press the rim into chile lime seasoning to coat.

Pour the smooth mixture into the glass with the seasoned rim. Toss in extra ice if you want.
