Salmon parmesan crust (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 salmon fillets (about 150 g each).
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
03 - Salt.
04 - Ground black pepper.
05 - 1/2 cup grated parmesan.
06 - 1/4 cup breadcrumbs.
07 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard.
08 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika.
09 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
10 - 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme.
11 - 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn the oven on to 200°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
02 - Rub the salmon fillets with olive oil, then sprinkle them with salt and pepper.
03 - In a bowl, combine parmesan, breadcrumbs, mustard, paprika, garlic powder, thyme, and cayenne.
04 - Generously press the mix onto the top of each salmon fillet.
05 - Pop them in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the topping is golden and the salmon is cooked through.

01 - The crust should turn crispy and golden.
02 - The salmon needs to stay tender and juicy.
