Spiced garlic eggs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main items

01 - 12 large eggs
02 - 1 1/2 tablespoons of garlic chili sauce (adjust to taste for spice levels)
03 - 80 ml of mayo
04 - Crispy fried onions for that crunch
05 - Smoked paprika for topping

# Instructions:

01 - Sprinkle smoked paprika over the eggs and add a handful of crispy fried onions. Serve right away or chill them in the fridge until you're ready to dive in.
02 - Take a spoon or grab a piping bag with a star tip to fill the egg whites with the smooth yolk mixture. If you like fancy, go with the piping bag!
03 - Mash the yolks into a creamy texture with mayo and garlic chili sauce. Taste it and adjust the spiciness by adding a little more of the chili sauce if you'd like.
04 - Peel the eggs, then carefully slice each one down the middle lengthwise. Gently scoop the yolks into a mixing bowl.
05 - Put the eggs in a big pot and fully cover them with cold water. Bring it all to a boil, then lower the heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes. Move the eggs to an ice bath so peeling becomes super easy.

# Notes:

01 - For a milder version, cut back on the garlic chili sauce.
