Take a spoon or grab a piping bag with a star tip to fill the egg whites with the smooth yolk mixture. If you like fancy, go with the piping bag!

Mash the yolks into a creamy texture with mayo and garlic chili sauce. Taste it and adjust the spiciness by adding a little more of the chili sauce if you'd like.

Peel the eggs, then carefully slice each one down the middle lengthwise. Gently scoop the yolks into a mixing bowl.

Put the eggs in a big pot and fully cover them with cold water. Bring it all to a boil, then lower the heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes. Move the eggs to an ice bath so peeling becomes super easy.
