Cocoa Spiced Salmon (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 pieces of salmon, about 4 ounces each.
02 - A half-cup of orange juice.
03 - 1 packed tablespoon of brown sugar.
04 - 2 teaspoons of white sugar.
05 - A teaspoon of unsweetened cocoa powder.
06 - 1/4 teaspoon of hot cayenne powder.
07 - 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon.
08 - A pinch of salt (1/8 teaspoon).
09 - 1/8 teaspoon of black pepper.
10 - One medium orange, sliced thinly.
11 - 4 tablespoons of melted butter.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven on to 400°F to get it warm.
02 - Put orange juice in a flat dish, lay salmon in skin-side down, and leave for 15 minutes.
03 - Stir together the cocoa, cayenne, sugars, along with cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
04 - Take salmon from juice, place the skin-side on a lined pan, add the spice blend, lay on orange slices, and brush with butter.
05 - Cook for 20-25 minutes or until it easily flakes apart.
