02 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
03 - 1 teaspoon paprika
04 - 1 teaspoon vinegar for a zingy kick
05 - 1 tablespoon bright yellow mustard
06 - 2 tablespoons chopped dill pickles
07 - 1/2 cup smooth mayo

→ Wrap Components

08 - 1 tablespoon olive oil for frying
09 - Crunchy pickle slices (optional)
10 - 1 cup freshly shredded cheddar cheese
11 - 1 cup finely shredded lettuce
12 - 4 soft flour tortillas
13 - A dash of salt and fresh black pepper to taste
14 - 1/2 cup onions, diced small
15 - 1 pound ground beef, lean

# Instructions:

01 - In a bowl, mix mayo, dill pickles, mustard, vinegar, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder. Stir well, then chill in the fridge so the flavors come together while you prepare the rest.
02 - Heat up olive oil in a skillet on medium. Cook the onions till soft, then toss in the beef, crumbling it into pieces. Sprinkle in some salt and pepper. Once browned, drain any leftover grease.
03 - Warm each tortilla briefly so they’re easy to fold when assembling the wraps.
04 - Smother your tortilla with a layer of that chilled sauce. Add the flavorful beef, top with lettuce, cheese, and optional pickle slices.
05 - Tuck in the sides, roll up tightly, and slice diagonally if it suits you. Enjoy right away while it’s warm!

# Notes:

01 - Great option for an easy dinner or an on-the-go lunch.
02 - Sauce can be stored in the fridge for up to seven days.
03 - Add your own twist with extras like jalapeños or diced tomatoes.
