Set the oven to 230 °C and let it heat up.

Grab a big bowl and mix the meatball ingredients, holding back the oil and tomato sauce. Sprinkle in salt and pepper as you go.

Roll the mixture with your hands into balls about 3 cm across.

Line the meatballs on an oven-safe dish and brush them lightly with olive oil.

Pop the meatballs in the middle rack for 10 minutes or until they start to brown.

Turn the oven down to 180 °C.

Cover the meatballs with tomato sauce. Give it a taste test and adjust the seasoning if needed.

Put the meatballs with the sauce back into the oven for 30 more minutes. Take them out afterward and set them aside.

Set the oven back up to 230 °C.

Rub oil onto two 23 cm round pizza pans.

Bring a big pot of salted water to boil. Toss in the spaghetti and cook it how you like it.

Drain the spaghetti, then stir it straight away into the tomato sauce left from the meatballs.

Sprinkle some flour on your counter. Split the dough into two parts and spread each onto the pizza pans.

Top the pizza bases with the saucy spaghetti and place the cooked meatballs over it.

Sprinkle mozzarella over everything.

Bake the pizzas until golden, around 10–15 minutes. Serve right away.
