Savory Meatball Pizza (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 450 g ground beef
02 - 75 ml breadcrumbs
03 - 45 ml grated parmesan cheese
04 - 45 ml fresh parsley, chopped
05 - 25 ml Dijon mustard
06 - 1 pinch smoked paprika
07 - 1 pinch cayenne pepper
08 - 1 garlic clove, minced
09 - 1 egg yolk
10 - 45 ml olive oil (for brushing)
11 - 500 ml basic tomato sauce
12 - Salt and black pepper to taste
13 - 450 g spaghetti
14 - 1 portion pizza dough
15 - 500 ml mozzarella cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 230 °C and let it heat up.
02 - Grab a big bowl and mix the meatball ingredients, holding back the oil and tomato sauce. Sprinkle in salt and pepper as you go.
03 - Roll the mixture with your hands into balls about 3 cm across.
04 - Line the meatballs on an oven-safe dish and brush them lightly with olive oil.
05 - Pop the meatballs in the middle rack for 10 minutes or until they start to brown.
06 - Turn the oven down to 180 °C.
07 - Cover the meatballs with tomato sauce. Give it a taste test and adjust the seasoning if needed.
08 - Put the meatballs with the sauce back into the oven for 30 more minutes. Take them out afterward and set them aside.
09 - Set the oven back up to 230 °C.
10 - Rub oil onto two 23 cm round pizza pans.
11 - Bring a big pot of salted water to boil. Toss in the spaghetti and cook it how you like it.
12 - Drain the spaghetti, then stir it straight away into the tomato sauce left from the meatballs.
13 - Sprinkle some flour on your counter. Split the dough into two parts and spread each onto the pizza pans.
14 - Top the pizza bases with the saucy spaghetti and place the cooked meatballs over it.
15 - Sprinkle mozzarella over everything.
16 - Bake the pizzas until golden, around 10–15 minutes. Serve right away.
