# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup packed brown sugar

04 - 1 large egg

→ Dry Ingredients

05 - 2 teaspoons of baking soda
06 - 1 teaspoon ground ginger
07 - 1 cup powdered sugar for rolling
08 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon
09 - 1 teaspoon nutmeg
10 - 2 1/2 cups plain flour

# Instructions:

01 - Whip brown sugar and butter together until smooth
02 - Stir in molasses and egg until the mixture is light and airy
03 - Gradually add the spices, baking soda, and flour while mixing
04 - Let the dough sit in the fridge for 2 hours
05 - Coat dough in powdered sugar and bake at 375°F for 9-10 minutes
