Soft Cinnamon Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 cups of flour.
02 - 1/4 cup of sugar.
03 - 1 and a half teaspoons of salt.
04 - 2 and a half teaspoons of dry yeast.
05 - 4 tablespoons of melted butter.
06 - 1 cup of warm milk.
07 - 1 egg.
08 - 1 cup of brown sugar.
09 - 3 tablespoons of cinnamon.
10 - 4 tablespoons of melted butter.
11 - Heavy cream.

# Instructions:

01 - Combine yeast, sugar, salt, and flour together in a mix.
02 - Throw in the egg, milk, and butter. Mix it just enough to bring it all together.
03 - Let the dough sit for 2 hours to rise.
04 - Roll the dough flat, spread the melted butter, then sprinkle on the cinnamon-sugar blend.
05 - Roll the dough up and cut it into slices.
06 - Pop them into the oven at 200°C for 20 minutes.
07 - Pour some heavy cream over your freshly baked rolls.

01 - These cinnamon rolls are a great choice for breakfast or an afternoon snack.
02 - Make them the night before and just bake them fresh in the morning.
