Soft Apple Banana Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dry ingredients

01 - 440 ml all-purpose flour
02 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
03 - 3/4 teaspoon baking soda

→ Wet ingredients

04 - 2 large ripe bananas, mashed
05 - 65 ml brown sugar
06 - 125 ml granulated sugar
07 - 2 large eggs
08 - 65 ml Greek yogurt
09 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ Toppings

10 - 250 ml walnuts
11 - 1 Cortland apple, peeled and sliced

# Instructions:

01 - Heat up the oven to 350°F (176°C). Grease a 23 x 13 cm loaf pan well and set it aside.
02 - Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Set aside.
03 - Mash bananas in a medium bowl. Add sugar, brown sugar, eggs, Greek yogurt, and vanilla. Mix everything together thoroughly.
04 - Stir the apple slices and walnuts into the wet mixture.
05 - Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ones, blending until your batter is smooth and even.
06 - Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted.

01 - To boost flavor, try lightly toasting the walnuts before mixing them in.
