Gingerbread Snowballs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Softened unsalted butter (1 cup/226g).
02 - Confectioners' sugar (1/2 cup/57g).
03 - A teaspoon of vanilla extract.
04 - Half a teaspoon of salt.
05 - A teaspoon of cinnamon powder.
06 - A teaspoon of ground ginger.
07 - Nutmeg, ground (1/2 teaspoon).
08 - Allspice, ground (1/4 teaspoon).
09 - Clove powder (1/4 teaspoon).
10 - Molasses (1 tablespoon).
11 - All-purpose flour (2 1/4 cups/279g).
12 - Extra powdered sugar for coating.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 350°F and get some parchment paper on baking trays.
02 - Whip butter into a fluffy texture, about 20 seconds. Blend in sugar, vanilla, salt, spices, and molasses until it’s smooth.
03 - Gradually stir in flour until dough starts to stick together. Keep mixing even when it looks crumbly—it'll come together!
04 - Drop 1-tablespoon balls of dough onto those prepared trays.
05 - Bake for 10-12 minutes, just until the bottoms are lightly golden.
06 - Let cookies cool briefly. Roll warm cookies in powdered sugar, then roll them again once they’re fully cooled.

# Notes:

01 - The dough looks dry before it fully forms.
02 - Rolling the cookies twice gives them a thicker sugar layer.
