Smoked Salmon Bagel (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 plain, sesame, or everything bagel.
02 - 60-85g smoked salmon.
03 - 2 tablespoons cream cheese.
04 - 1 tablespoon capers.
05 - 1 tablespoon thinly sliced red onion.
06 - 1 tablespoon fresh chopped dill.
07 - Lemon wedges (optional).
08 - Salt and pepper to taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Slice the bagel horizontally in half, then lightly toast it however you like.
02 - Smear a layer of cream cheese over both toasted halves of the bagel.
03 - Lay the smoked salmon evenly across the cream cheese on both sides.
04 - Sprinkle the capers over the salmon and layer the red onion slices.
05 - Scatter the dill on top, then season with a bit of salt and pepper.
06 - Add lemon on the side if you'd like, put the two bagel halves together, and eat right away.
