Greek Cheese Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1/3 cup of black olives, just a small handful
02 - A whole red bell pepper, chopped up
03 - Tomatoes (cherry, quartered)—about 1/3 cup
04 - 1/4 of an English cucumber, chopped into little bits
05 - 1 cup of smooth cottage cheese

→ Seasonings & Garnish

06 - A tablespoon of a nice olive oil
07 - 1/4 cup of finely minced red onions (totally optional)
08 - Choose either fresh dill or basil to sprinkle on
09 - Grab a teaspoon of your favorite Greek-style spice mix

# Instructions:

01 - In a medium bowl, combine the cottage cheese, cucumber chunks, tomato pieces, olives, bell pepper, and onions if you're using them.
02 - Give it all a few light stirs so that the ingredients are blended, but not overly mushy.
03 - Drizzle olive oil over your mix and sprinkle on the Greek seasoning. Adjust the seasoning to your liking.
04 - Throw fresh dill or basil on top for an added kick. Eat it right away with some bread or your choice of crackers.
