Shrimp Spinach Creamy Bowl (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 cup parmesan, grated.
02 - 2 handfuls of fresh baby spinach.
03 - 3/4 pound deveined, peeled shrimp.
04 - 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes.
05 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper.
06 - 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
07 - 1 teaspoon of dried Italian herbs.
08 - 1/2 cup of a half-and-half mix.
09 - 2 cups chicken broth, reduced sodium.
10 - 2 tablespoons plain flour.
11 - 2 cloves of garlic, minced.
12 - 1/2 cup onion, chopped finely.
13 - 2 tablespoons of butter.

# Instructions:

01 - Melt butter on medium and cook the onion with garlic for about 3 minutes.
02 - Whisk in the flour. Keep stirring and let it cook for a minute or two.
03 - Pour in the broth and half-and-half. Toss in the seasonings and leave it to simmer until slightly thick, 3 or 4 minutes.
04 - Lift heat and add shrimp, parmesan, and spinach. Let everything cook for 3-4 minutes till the shrimp is opaque and spinach wilts.

# Notes:

01 - Taste and adjust salt depending on the broth's sodium levels.
02 - You can switch out half-and-half for whole milk.
