Shrimp Garlic Butter Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 pounds raw jumbo shrimp.
02 - 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh sage.
03 - 2 cups plain water.
04 - 4 cloves garlic, minced (split in half).
05 - 1 cup heavy cream.
06 - 4 cups chicken or veggie stock.
07 - 4 tablespoons butter, divided.
08 - 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese.
09 - 1 lemon for squeezing.
10 - Salt and black pepper to your taste.
11 - 3/4 cup dry white wine.
12 - 1 pound uncooked linguine.
13 - 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley.

# Instructions:

01 - Boil water and broth with half the butter and garlic. Toss in linguine and cook until most of the liquid’s gone.
02 - Melt butter in a second pan. Cook shrimp for a minute or two on each side.
03 - Toss the rest of the garlic into the shrimp with sage and white wine. Let everything cook down and browned bits form.
04 - Layer in the shrimp, cream, Parmesan, parsley, and lemon into your pasta. Season to finish.
