Scallops Salmon Terrine (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 100 g of peeled shrimp.
02 - 200 g of fresh salmon.
03 - 200 ml of heavy cream.
04 - 200 g of scallops.
05 - A pinch of nutmeg.
06 - Two eggs.
07 - Salt and pepper to taste.
08 - A tablespoon of chives.
09 - Butter to coat the mold.
10 - One lemon.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 180°C and let it warm up.
02 - Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl and whisk them.
03 - Pour in the cream and stir until smooth.
04 - Chop up the salmon and scallops into smaller bits.
05 - Add all the seafood into the mixture.
06 - Squeeze the lemon juice in and toss in the chives.
07 - Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and a hint of nutmeg.
08 - Grease up the mold you’ll be using.
09 - Dump the prepared mix into the mold.
10 - Place the mold inside a water bath.
11 - Pop it into the oven for 40 minutes.
12 - Leave it to cool off at room temperature.
13 - Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours before serving.
