Seafood garlic sauce (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Half a cup of grated Parmesan.
02 - A tablespoon of lemon juice.
03 - A cup of chicken broth.
04 - Two tablespoons of olive oil.
05 - Two tablespoons of butter.
06 - Six cloves of garlic, minced.
07 - 250g of peeled shrimp.
08 - 200g of mussels or clams.
09 - 200g of white fish fillets.
10 - 250g of scallops.
11 - A cup of heavy cream.
12 - Fresh parsley.
13 - Salt and pepper to taste.
14 - A teaspoon of Italian seasoning.
15 - Half a teaspoon of red chili flakes.
16 - Lemon wedges.

# Instructions:

01 - Pat the seafood dry, season it, then cook each type separately in olive oil.
02 - Melt the butter, toss in garlic, then pour in broth and lemon juice. Let it simmer for 2 or 3 minutes.
03 - Stir in cream, Parmesan, seasoning, and chili flakes. Cook for 3-4 minutes, then adjust seasoning.
04 - Put cooked seafood back into the sauce and heat for 2-3 minutes.

# Notes:

01 - Seafood needs to be completely dry before cooking.
02 - Keep the sauce creamy but not overly thick.
