Seafood Bake Cauliflower (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 minced garlic cloves.
02 - 1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets.
03 - 450 grams of peeled, deveined shrimp.
04 - 450 grams of dry scallops.
05 - 1 cup thick cream.
06 - 1 cup grated Gruyère cheese.
07 - Half a cup of grated Parmesan cheese.
08 - Salt and pepper for seasoning.
09 - Olive oil for coating.
10 - Chopped parsley for topping.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven up to 200°C (392°F).
02 - Steam the cauliflower florets until tender. Takes 5 to 7 minutes.
03 - Sauté the garlic in some oil, then toss in the scallops and shrimp. Cook 'em for 2-3 minutes.
04 - In a big mixing bowl, stir together the cauliflower, seafood, and cream.
05 - Spread the mixture in a greased dish. Sprinkle the cheeses on top.
06 - Pop it in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown on top.

01 - A lighter take on seafood gratin, with cauliflower swapped in for the carbs.
02 - Great for a high-protein meal that's low on carbs.
