Savoyard Potato Dish (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 large onion, finely sliced.
02 - Half of a reblochon cheese wheel.
03 - 500 grams of organic potatoes, diced.
04 - A tablespoon of butter.
05 - 100 grams of smoked bacon, chopped.
06 - Cracked black pepper, to taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Chop the potatoes into cubes, slice the onion finely, and dice the bacon.
02 - Heat the butter in a pan on high and fry the potato cubes until golden brown. Then turn down the heat to low and let them soften for 5 more minutes.
03 - Toss in the bacon and onion, sprinkle some black pepper, and keep cooking until everything is well-browned.
04 - Layer on the reblochon slices, cover the pan, and let the cheese melt gently over low heat.

# Notes:

01 - Pair it up with a crisp green salad for serving.
02 - Serve the dish right away while the cheese is gooey and perfectly melted.
