In a large bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder, salt, pepper, and grated Parmesan.

Add the softened butter and rub the mixture with your hands until it feels crumbly, like sand.

Crack the egg into the dough, then toss in the chopped chorizo and crushed walnuts.

Heat the oven up to 160°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Roll small portions of the dough into balls, then slightly press them flat on the baking tray.
