Savoury cookies snack delight (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 200 g of flour
02 - 100 g of softened butter
03 - 80 g grated Parmesan cheese
04 - 1 egg
05 - 1 teaspoon of baking powder
06 - Salt - to taste
07 - Pepper - to taste

→ Toppings

08 - 50 g of walnuts
09 - 60 g of chorizo cut into sticks

# Instructions:

01 - In a large bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder, salt, pepper, and grated Parmesan.
02 - Add the softened butter and rub the mixture with your hands until it feels crumbly, like sand.
03 - Crack the egg into the dough, then toss in the chopped chorizo and crushed walnuts.
04 - Heat the oven up to 160°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
05 - Roll small portions of the dough into balls, then slightly press them flat on the baking tray.
06 - Pop them into the oven and bake for around 20 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown.
07 - Transfer the cookies to a wire rack to cool. Store them in an airtight container when cooled completely.
