Spinach Mushrooms Sauteed (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
02 - 450 grams of sliced mushrooms.
03 - 4 fresh spinach cups.
04 - 4 minced garlic cloves.
05 - 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
06 - Salt and pepper, as needed.
07 - Fresh parsley or chili flakes (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Slice up those mushrooms, rinse the spinach, and chop your garlic. Squeeze your lemon too.
02 - Heat the oil, let the mushrooms brown for 3-4 minutes untouched, then stir and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
03 - Mix in the garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until it smells amazing.
04 - Gradually add spinach, cooking for 2-3 minutes until it shrinks.
05 - Sprinkle in some salt, pepper, and the lemon juice. Add your preferred garnish on top.

01 - Great as a side dish or a base for a vegetarian meal.
02 - Make sure the mushrooms are golden brown for big flavor.
