Sausage Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 cup softened cream cheese.
02 - 2 cans of crescent roll dough.
03 - 450g breakfast sausage (pork or turkey).
04 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
07 - 1 beaten egg (for brushing).

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Brown the sausage in a skillet over medium heat. Drain off any fat left in the pan.
03 - Stir the cooked sausage together with the cheddar, cream cheese, garlic powder, and pepper.
04 - Roll out the dough, cut it into triangles, add some filling to the wide end, and roll it up.
05 - Brush the tops with the egg for a nice golden finish.
06 - Pop it in the oven for 12-15 mins or until the rolls turn golden brown.
