Sausage Cheese Dip Crockpot (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup diced onions.
02 - 20 ounces of undrained RoTel.
03 - 16 ounces of ground Italian sausage.
04 - 16 ounces of cubed Velveeta.
05 - 8 ounces of cubed cream cheese.

# Instructions:

01 - In a pan, cook the sausage with the onions over medium heat. Get rid of the grease when done.
02 - Transfer the cooked sausage, diced cream cheese, Velveeta chunks, and unstrained RoTel into a slow cooker.
03 - Put the lid on and let it heat on LOW for 2 hours, stirring every now and then until smooth.
04 - Set the slow cooker to WARM and enjoy with tortilla chips.

# Notes:

01 - Works well on the stovetop too.
02 - Feel free to mix in extras like beans or corn.
03 - Keep it on WARM so it's ready as people eat.
