In a pan, cook the sausage with the onions over medium heat. Get rid of the grease when done.

Transfer the cooked sausage, diced cream cheese, Velveeta chunks, and unstrained RoTel into a slow cooker.

Put the lid on and let it heat on LOW for 2 hours, stirring every now and then until smooth.

Set the slow cooker to WARM and enjoy with tortilla chips.
