Creamy salmon layers (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 200 g smoked salmon.
02 - 200 g mascarpone cheese.
03 - Juice from 1 lemon.
04 - 2 tablespoons of chopped chives.
05 - A pinch of salt.
06 - Black pepper to taste.
07 - 6 sheets of phyllo dough.
08 - Olive oil or melted butter for brushing.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 180°C to preheat. Cut the dough into rectangles, brush lightly with oil, and bake for 5-7 minutes until golden.
02 - Stir together the mascarpone, lemon juice, chives, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
03 - Layer the phyllo sheets, mascarpone cream, and smoked salmon, creating 3-4 levels.
04 - End with a dollop of cream on top, chill in the fridge for an hour, and sprinkle with chives before serving.

01 - Make sure the phyllo is crisp.
02 - Only put it together just before eating.
