Spicy Salmon Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Salmon

01 - 450g of skinless salmon fillets
02 - 1 tablespoon of olive oil
03 - 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
04 - 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
05 - 1/2 teaspoon of smoked paprika
06 - 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper (optional)
07 - Salt and black pepper to taste

→ For the Bang Bang Sauce

08 - 60ml of mayo
09 - 1 teaspoon of honey
10 - 1 teaspoon of sriracha
11 - 1/2 teaspoon of fresh lime juice
12 - 2 tablespoons of Thai sweet chili sauce

# Instructions:

01 - Chop the salmon into 2.5cm cubes. Combine with the olive oil and seasonings.
02 - Cook over medium-high heat for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
03 - Bake at 200°C for 10-12 minutes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
04 - Set air fryer to 190°C and cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
05 - Whisk together mayo, chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice.
