Salmon avocado puffs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 sheet of puff pastry.
02 - 150 g of salmon.
03 - 1 avocado.
04 - 3 tablespoons of plain yogurt.
05 - 2 tablespoons of cream cheese.
06 - A small bunch of dill.
07 - 1 egg yolk.
08 - 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
09 - Black sesame seeds.
10 - Salt.
11 - Pepper.

# Instructions:

01 - Roll out the puff pastry and sprinkle sesame seeds on one half. Press down lightly so the seeds stick. Use a glass to cut out circular shapes.
02 - Put the circles on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Brush with egg yolk and bake for 10 minutes at 180°C.
03 - Chop the salmon and avocado into small pieces. Mix them with the yogurt, cream cheese, finely chopped dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
04 - Split the puff pastry circles horizontally without cutting all the way through. Add the salmon-avocado mixture to each piece and serve right away.
