Roll out the puff pastry and sprinkle sesame seeds on one half. Press down lightly so the seeds stick. Use a glass to cut out circular shapes.

Put the circles on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Brush with egg yolk and bake for 10 minutes at 180°C.

Chop the salmon and avocado into small pieces. Mix them with the yogurt, cream cheese, finely chopped dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Split the puff pastry circles horizontally without cutting all the way through. Add the salmon-avocado mixture to each piece and serve right away.
