Quick rhubarb pie (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dough

01 - 1 rolled-out pie crust

→ Filling

02 - 500 g rhubarb, washed and chopped into small bits
03 - 2 eggs
04 - 20 cl heavy cream
05 - 75 g sugar
06 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 200°C (about 400°F) and let it warm up.
02 - Place the pie crust in the dish and poke the base a few times with a fork.
03 - Without peeling, chop rhubarb into little pieces and spread them over the crust.
04 - In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, heavy cream, and add cinnamon if you'd like. Pour this over the rhubarb.
05 - Pop the tart in the oven and let it bake for about 30 minutes.
