Rectangular cantine pizza (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 450g pizza dough.
02 - Olive oil.
03 - Cornmeal or semolina flour.
04 - 230g tomato sauce.
05 - 2 tablespoons tomato paste.
06 - 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning.
07 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder.
08 - 1/4 teaspoon onion powder.
09 - Black pepper.
10 - 1/2 teaspoon sugar.
11 - 450g cooked sausage.
12 - 230g shredded mozzarella cheese.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat it up to 220°C. Grease the pan and sprinkle some cornmeal over it.
02 - Spread the dough out evenly on the pan. Brush with oil and poke some holes in it.
03 - Bake for about 5-7 minutes. If bubbles form, poke them to let the air out.
04 - Stir together the tomato sauce, paste, and seasonings. Adjust spice levels to your liking.
05 - Spread the sauce on the crust, toss on the toppings, then add cheese.
06 - Bake another 8-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and gooey.

# Notes:

01 - A 25x38 cm pan works best.
02 - Make sure the dough is even for proper baking.
