Heat up a skillet and cook the sausage slices with the onion and peppers until everything is lightly browned and softened up.

Pour the cooked sausage, peppers, and onion into your crockpot. Add in the frozen hash browns, shredded cheese, ranch seasoning, sour cream, heavy cream, and cheddar soup. Stir the mixture well.

Put your crockpot on the high setting for about 2 hours, or switch to low and let it go for 4 hours. You can give it a stir here and there if needed.
