Pineapple Bread Bliss (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - ½ cup softened butter
02 - ¼ cup sugar
03 - 1 ½ cups plain flour
04 - 2 tablespoons milk
05 - 2 large eggs
06 - 2 teaspoons baking powder
07 - ⅛ teaspoon salt
08 - 1 cup drained, crushed pineapple
09 - ¼ cup saved pineapple juice (from drained can)

→ For the glaze

10 - 1 cup powdered sugar
11 - 2 tablespoons reserved pineapple juice
12 - 1 teaspoon vanilla

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and let it warm up.
02 - Stir together the flour, salt, and baking powder in a bowl so it's evenly blended.
03 - Whip the soft butter with the sugar in another bowl until it looks creamy.
04 - Stir the eggs into the creamy butter mixture until everything's well mixed.
05 - Alternate adding the dry mix and ¼ cup pineapple juice, stirring until smooth each time.
06 - Pour in the milk and gently stir it through the batter.
07 - Carefully mix the crushed pineapple into the batter.
08 - Grease a loaf pan and even out the batter inside it.
09 - Put the pan in the oven for 50-55 minutes. It's done when a skewer stuck in the center comes out clean.
10 - Let it sit in the pan for 10-15 minutes, then move it to a rack to cool completely.
11 - Mix the glaze ingredients in a small bowl until no lumps remain.
12 - Pour the glaze over the cooled loaf and let it set before enjoying.
