Stir the pudding mix and milk together in a bowl. Whisk for about 2 minutes until it thickens.

Carefully fold in the whipped topping. Toss in most of the crushed cookies, but save a little for topping later.

Cover the bowl and pop it in the fridge for about an hour to chill.

Before serving, sprinkle the leftover crushed cookies on top.
