Fast Lemon Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 100g granulated sugar
02 - 1 egg
03 - 200g all-purpose flour
04 - 60g melted butter

→ Flavor and Rising Agents

05 - Juice from 1 tablespoon of lemon
06 - A zest of one lemon
07 - 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
08 - A pinch of salt

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to preheat at 180°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
02 - In a big bowl, stir together the flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
03 - In another bowl, whisk the egg. Add in the melted butter, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
04 - Combine the wet mix and the dry mix. Roll the dough into small balls, place them on the tray, and bake for 8-10 minutes until the edges turn golden.

01 - Let them cool down on a wire rack.
02 - You can keep them in an airtight container.
