Pumpkin Donut Holes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
02 - 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg.
03 - 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves.
04 - 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour.
05 - 2 teaspoons baking powder.
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
07 - 3/4 cup pumpkin puree.
08 - 1/2 cup milk.
09 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
10 - 1/3 cup canola oil.
11 - 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice.
12 - 1 large egg.
13 - 1/2 cup brown sugar.
14 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted.
15 - Coating: 2/3 cup sugar.
16 - Coating: 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F. Grease a mini muffin tray.
02 - Stir together flour, salt, baking powder, and all the spices.
03 - Whisk milk, pumpkin puree, oil, egg, brown sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
04 - Pour the wet mix into the dry bowl and gently stir until mixed.
05 - Fill muffin cups and pop in the oven. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Check with a toothpick.
06 - Let cool 2 mins. Combine sugar and cinnamon for coating. Dunk into melted butter, then roll in cinnamon mix. Cool on a rack.

# Notes:

01 - Tastes best the same day. Coating may get soft when stored.
02 - Pumpkin pie spice works instead of all the separate ones.
03 - Baking is simpler and less messy than frying.
