Protein Packed Egg Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Protein Base

01 - 8 large egg whites, fresh
02 - ¼ cup of cottage cheese

→ Vegetables & Cheese

03 - ½ cup chopped spinach
04 - ¼ cup finely diced red pepper
05 - Optional: ¼ cup shredded cheddar

→ Seasonings

06 - ¼ teaspoon of garlic powder
07 - Pepper and salt to your liking
08 - Spray for nonstick cooking

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven at 350°F (175°C) and coat the muffin pan generously with nonstick spray
02 - Whisk egg whites along with the cottage cheese and seasonings until light and smooth
03 - Carefully pour the mixture into the muffin cups, filling them about two-thirds full
04 - Scatter the spinach, diced bell pepper, and any cheese you want evenly into the filled cups
05 - Let them bake for about 18 to 20 minutes, until the edges turn golden and they set
