Mix the cream cheese, lemon juice, and chopped dill in a bowl. Put it to the side for later.

Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them. Stir in the grated potatoes and chopped onion. Then, shape the mixture into eight patties.

Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the patties for 5 to 7 minutes on each side, or until they're golden and soft inside.

Spread the dill sauce on each rösti, then add slices of the smoked salmon on top.
