On medium heat, combine the ground pork with the milk, onion, garlic, ground cloves, allspice, salt, and pepper in a large pot. Stir it occasionally and let it simmer for about an hour.

Add the breadcrumbs to the mixture and cook for another 10 minutes. Taste and tweak the seasonings if needed.
