Pizza rolls air fryer (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup of Greek yogurt.
02 - 1 3/4 cups of self-rising flour.
03 - 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.
04 - 1/2 cup of pizza sauce.

# Instructions:

01 - Stir the self-rising flour and Greek yogurt in a large bowl until it's smooth. Add a bit more flour or yogurt to get the right texture if it's too sticky or dry.
02 - Flatten the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle about 1.5 cm thick.
03 - Spread the pizza sauce on top, leaving some empty space at the edges. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the sauce, and roll it up like a jelly roll.
04 - Cut the rolled-up dough into 8-10 pieces using a wet knife to prevent sticking.
05 - Lightly grease your air fryer basket. Brush the rolls with milk or oil, then cook them at 200°C for 8-10 minutes, flipping them halfway through.

# Notes:

01 - Lasts up to 5 days in the fridge.
02 - Can be frozen for up to 6 months.
03 - Reheat in the air fryer at 200°C for 2 minutes.
