Stir the self-rising flour and Greek yogurt in a large bowl until it's smooth. Add a bit more flour or yogurt to get the right texture if it's too sticky or dry.

Flatten the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle about 1.5 cm thick.

Spread the pizza sauce on top, leaving some empty space at the edges. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the sauce, and roll it up like a jelly roll.

Cut the rolled-up dough into 8-10 pieces using a wet knife to prevent sticking.

Lightly grease your air fryer basket. Brush the rolls with milk or oil, then cook them at 200°C for 8-10 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
