Set your grill or stovetop grill pan to medium heat. Let it heat up enough to get those beautiful marks on the patties.

Combine the beef with the seasonings (garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and chili flakes). Form 4 equal patties, pressing the middle gently to avoid ballooning as they cook.

Grill the patties on one side for about 5-7 minutes. Flip and cook the other side until done to your liking (160°F for medium is suggested). Add mozzarella slices during the last 60 seconds, then close the grill lid for gooey melted cheese.

Take off the patties once the cheese is perfect. Add pizza sauce and pepperoni slices. Pop the buns onto the grill for a quick toast until golden.

Stack it up: bottom bun, a cheesy patty, pizza sauce, pepperoni, basil, and your favorite toppings. Place the top bun on, serve warm, and dig in!
