# Ingredients:

→ Dough

01 - 1 teaspoon salt
02 - 1 cup warm water
03 - 2 tablespoons oil
04 - 1 teaspoon sugar
05 - 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
06 - 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

→ Toppings

07 - Toppings you love (onions, bell peppers, sausage, mushrooms, pepperoni, etc.)
08 - 1/2 cup pizza sauce
09 - 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded

# Instructions:

01 - Mix warm water, yeast, and sugar together in a big bowl. Wait about 5 minutes until it looks foamy.
02 - Stir in the flour, oil, and salt with the yeast mixture till it starts forming into dough.
03 - On a floured countertop, knead the dough for roughly 10 minutes until it feels smooth and stretchy.
04 - Put the dough in a greased bowl, cover it up, and let it hang out in a warm spot for an hour so it doubles in size.
05 - Turn your oven on to 245°C (475°F) to warm up. Toss in a pizza stone now if you’re using one.
06 - Punch the dough down, then roll it out on a floured surface to the thickness you like.
07 - Carefully place the dough onto a baking tray or pizza peel.
08 - Spread your pizza sauce evenly over the dough. Sprinkle on the shredded cheese, then finish with your favorite toppings.
09 - Pop it into the oven for 10 to 12 minutes till the edges are golden and the cheese is bubbling.
10 - Let it cool down for a bit, then slice it up and dig in!
