Delightful Pink Chex (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Items

01 - 5 cups of Chex cereal (you'll divide this up later).
02 - 1 cup mini pretzels (Snyder's gluten-free works great).
03 - 10 ounces of white chocolate for melting.
04 - 1/2 cup powdered sugar (you can color it pink if you'd like).

→ Toppings

05 - Optional: Sprinkle on some colorful sprinkles.
06 - Throw on 6 ounces of M&Ms in Valentine's colors.

# Instructions:

01 - Start by lining a baking sheet with parchment paper. Next, pour the cereal into a big bowl, and put the powdered sugar into a ziplock bag that seals tightly.
02 - Microwave the white chocolate for 30-second bursts, stirring it every time. Or, you can melt it over a double boiler if you like.
03 - Pour the warm chocolate over the cereal and mix until it's all coated. Then, put half of it into the bag with powdered sugar and shake it up until it's fully covered.
04 - Add the pretzels to the leftover cereal in the bowl. Spread everything on the parchment paper, toss on the M&Ms and sprinkles, and finish by sprinkling the sugar-coated cereal over the top.
05 - Leave it alone to cool down for about 20 minutes. Afterward, break apart any clumps and get it ready to eat.

# Notes:

01 - White chocolate melts quicker, but if you're using chocolate chips, add a teaspoon of coconut or vegetable oil to help.
02 - Pink powdered sugar can make this treat feel more festive!
