02 - Swiss cheese slices (4).
03 - Unsalted butter (3 tablespoons).
04 - Rye bread (8 slices).
05 - Worcestershire sauce (1 teaspoon).
06 - Pepper (1/2 teaspoon).
07 - Salt (1/2 teaspoon).
08 - 85/15 ground beef (12 ounces).
09 - Large onions, thinly sliced (2).
10 - Olive oil (2 tablespoons).
11 - Garlic powder (1/4 teaspoon).
12 - Paprika (1/4 teaspoon).
13 - Pickle juice (1 teaspoon).
14 - Dijon mustard (1 tablespoon).
15 - Ketchup (2 tablespoons).
16 - Mayonnaise (1/4 cup).

# Instructions:

01 - Combine ketchup, mayo, pickle juice, garlic powder, mustard, and paprika. Stir everything until smooth and creamy.
02 - Sauté onions in some olive oil over low to medium heat for around 30 minutes, stirring now and then. Add a splash of water if they stick.
03 - Season the beef with Worcestershire sauce, pepper, and salt. Shape it into four flat patties that fit your bread.
04 - Cook the patties in a skillet over medium heat until they’re brown and cooked through. Set them aside once done.
05 - Spread butter on each slice of bread. On one slice (buttered side down), layer Swiss cheese, a patty, onions, sauce, cheddar, and another slice (buttered side up).
06 - Cook the sandwiches in a pan until the bread turns golden and the cheese melts. Flip halfway through.
