Taco Pasta Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 packs taco seasoning.
02 - 1 jar salsa.
03 - 16 oz shell pasta.
04 - 2 pounds ground beef or similar.
05 - 1/2 cup grated cheese.
06 - 1/2 cup creamy cheese (optional).
07 - 1 and 1/2 cups water.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 400°F and let it warm up.
02 - Boil the pasta, then remove the water.
03 - Cook the meat in a large pot, pour out any grease.
04 - Combine the cooked meat with the drained pasta.
05 - Transfer everything into a casserole if needed.
06 - Pour in salsa, water, and seasoning. Stir well.
07 - Add shredded cheese. Cream cheese too, if you’re including it.
08 - Pop into the oven for 18-22 minutes. Wait for bubbles.
09 - Let it chill for 5 minutes. Add garnishes and enjoy!

# Notes:

01 - Switch to milk for a smoother sauce.
02 - Reduce the pasta for a thicker sauce.
03 - One-pot option works well using a Dutch oven.
