# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded.
02 - 1/2 cup Parmesan, finely grated.
03 - 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
05 - 1 teaspoon baking powder.
06 - 1 cup plain flour.
07 - Salt and pepper, adjust as needed.
08 - 2 eggs, large.
09 - 2 tablespoons milk.
10 - Optional: freshly chopped parsley.
11 - Optional: marinara for dipping.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cover a baking tray with parchment paper.
02 - Stir together the flour, oregano, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and baking powder.
03 - Toss in the mozzarella and Parmesan, making sure they're fully coated by the dry mix.
04 - In another bowl, beat the eggs and milk together.
05 - Pour the wet mix into the dry bowl, stirring until a sticky dough forms.
06 - Scoop out small amounts, about a tablespoon each, and roll into balls.
07 - Arrange the balls on the tray and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.
