Garlic butter shrimp (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 12 large prawns or jumbo shrimp, cleaned.
02 - 100 g softened butter.
03 - 4 cloves garlic, minced.
04 - A small bunch of fresh parsley, chopped.
05 - Juice from half a lemon.
06 - Salt and pepper to taste.
07 - A drizzle of olive oil.
08 - Lemon wedges for serving.

# Instructions:

01 - Leave the shells and heads on, but remove the vein along the back. This keeps the flavor rich.
02 - In a bowl, combine butter, minced garlic, parsley, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
03 - Lightly oil a pan or preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
04 - Brush your prawns with the garlic-parsley butter. Cook them for about 3-4 minutes per side until golden and juicy.
05 - Move the prawns to a dish, pour any leftover melted butter on top, and plate with lemon wedges.
