Set your oven to 180°C/350°F. Cut out parchment paper to line your pie plate.

Blend the Oreos into crumbs, mix in the melted butter, and press into pie dish. Bake for 10 mins, then let it cool down.

Combine the dry ingredients, then whisk in the milk, cream, and egg yolks. Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens. Stir in the butter, chocolates, and vanilla.

Fill the crust with your mixture, press parchment on the surface, and cool for 2 hours. Then refrigerate for at least 12 hours.

Whip heavy cream with sugar and vanilla. Spread on top, sprinkle some chocolate shavings if you like.
