Cranberry Orange Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 teaspoon baking powder.
02 - 1/4 cup milk, at room temperature.
03 - 1 1/2 cups fresh cranberries.
04 - Zest from a big orange.
05 - 1/4 teaspoon salt.
06 - 6 tablespoons softened unsalted butter.
07 - 3/4 cup white sugar.
08 - 1 1/2 cups regular flour.
09 - 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice.
10 - Two large eggs, at room temperature.
11 - 1/2 tablespoon flour for tossing cranberries.
12 - 1 1/2 tablespoons orange juice.
13 - 1 teaspoon orange zest.
14 - 1 cup powdered sugar.

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven to 350°F. Coat loaf pan with butter and flour. Mix the dry stuff in one bowl. Stir together milk, juice, and orange zest in another.
02 - Whip the butter and sugar together until fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time. Add the dry mix and milk mix, switching between them.
03 - Lightly coat cranberries in flour. Gently stir them into the batter. Pour batter evenly into the pan.
04 - Bake for about 45-50 minutes, until it’s golden and cooked through. Let it rest in the pan for 10-15 minutes before taking it out.
05 - Stir powdered sugar, juice, and zest into a smooth glaze. Drizzle over the loaf once it’s cooled.
